You
will be entitled to some or all of your money back
if we have not removed/corrected enough disputed
items from your credit reports.
After
just 6 months of our service, you can request an
evaluation of your account. We will add up the complete
value of all successfully deleted/corrected items
and compare that amount to what you have paid. If
what you have paid is more than the value of the
deleted/corrected items we will refund you the difference.
To determine the total value of our service we count
the number of items we successfully deleted/corrected
for each reporting agency (TransUnion, Equifax,
& Experian) and multiply that by $40.00 per
item. We use the amount of $40.00 per deleted/corrected
item as the fair market value for our service.
Here are a few examples of how the warranty
works.
If after 6 months we have deleted only 2 items from
your credit reports, where you started with 20 negative
items and you have 18 remaining, your refund would
be computed as follows:
Your
cost for 6 months: $600.00
Value of services rendered: $80.00 (2 deletions
x $40.00/ea)
Amount you get back: $520.00
Now
let’s say for example that after 6 months
of service we have successfully removed 18 of the
20 negative items on your credit reports. Your refund
would be computed as follows:
Your
cost for 6 months: $600.00
Value of services rendered: $720.00 (18 deletions
x $40.00/ea)
Amount you get back: $0
Note:
If you have very few negative, inaccurate items
we will re-assign a fair market value amount to
those items and divide accordingly.
Additionally, if any item which MidSouthCreditCare
had deleted reappears on your credit report within
2 years from the initial date of deletion, MidSouthCreditCare
will re-dispute that item at no additional cost
to the client.
Conditions:
(1) The agreement requires that that the client
use MidSouth CreditCare’s (MSCC’s)
services for a 6 month period and have a fully paid
and up to date account. (2) The client MUST send
all credit reports and letters from the credit bureaus
as they receive them or no later than every 60 days,
or inform MSCC if you have not received any correspondence
from the bureaus in 60 days, so that MSCC can verify
the progress of their case. (3) The client must
also notify MSCC of any change in address and phone
number immediately (or no later than 5 days after
change) so as not to delay the process. All of these
conditions must be met by the client to qualify
for the warranty.
